"Moo Mini" July 13th, Session Fee

DO NOT pay the session fee until you have picked an appt time and paid the retainer fee.

The sessions fee is due 5 days prior to your session. If you have not paid in full by that time your appt. will be canceled and opened up to the next person on my wait list. {I will send reminders!}

What do you get from your session?
•minimum of 12 images, no maximum
•personalized online gallery
•free high resolution downloads
{your gallery can easily be shared with relatives and they may also download images.}

This retainer is NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE. If you change your mind and want to book a different date or time you must purchase another appt. time! Do not message me and ask to change. The only way to change is by purchasing another appt time!

Session balance (not retainer) is transferable 1 time only.

Location, weather changes and all session info will be posted to the group "Ashley Gilley Photography Mini Group" on facebook. Please go JOIN this group to stay updated. This is the best way to stay informed!

Weather is always a major consideration on mini session days and rescheduling due to weather will be done at the photographers discretion!

If you wish to pay for your retainer fee and your session fee at the same time you can do so by adding them both to your cart before checkout!

📸Turn around time for all sessions is 3 weeks max. Your gallery will be delivered to you via the email you use at checkout! So please make sure it is correct! If you haven’t received your gallery at the 3 week mark you may reach out to me to inquire about delivery. But please do not message or email about turn around time before then!

By paying your retainer fee and/or session balance you agree to and understand all of the above terms!
